This license does not transfer ownership of the participant's work.

Participants grant What N Where the limited license described in the Awards & Competitions chapter to administer, judge, document, promote, and showcase the competition.
Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to sell, license, distribute, or otherwise make available any products, templates, software, digital assets, or services listed through the Marketplace.
What N Where does not assume ownership of seller content solely because it is listed on the platform.
Rights holders who believe that their intellectual property has been infringed may submit a notice through the contact methods designated by What N Where.
